RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY:

We operate a 14 day return policy. In order to be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in their original condition, unmarked and with all tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear, stains or perfume will not be accepted for return. Your return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns made outside of this window or returned after the subsequent 14 day period will not be processed.

Exchanges are accepted on all items providing the preferred size or style is in stock. If you wish to exchange any item(s) we kindly ask this is requested within 14 days of receiving your order too. UK orders will be provided with a prepaid return label to send exchange item(s) back.

If you would like to process a return, please email info@pearlmaiswim.com, with your order reference number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Please do not return item(s) to us without email confirmation.

Please kindly note customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

All sale or discounted item(s) including Black Friday purchases are final sale, eligible for exchange or store credit only.

If you receive an item(s) that is faulty, damaged or has any other suspected issue, please email info@pearlmaiswim.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will ensure this is resolved.

Please kindly note shipping fees are non-refundable. PEARL MAI LTD is not responsible for any customs and duties fees for shipments upon return. Returns that arrive with duties and fees outstanding will not be processed until resolved by the customer.
