RETURNS

RETURN POLICY:

We operate a a 14 day return policy on all items. In order to be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in their original condition, unmarked and with all tags still attached. Your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have 14 days to return your item(s) to us. Please kindly note customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We also accept exchanges on all items. If you wish to exchange any item(s) for a different size or style, this also must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please kindly note PEARL MAI LTD is not responsible for customs and duties fees for shipments upon return. Returns that arrive with duties and fees outstanding will not be processed until resolved by the customer.
