RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY:

We operate a 14 day return policy. In order to be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in their original condition, unmarked and with all tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear, stains or perfume will not be accepted for return. Your return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns made outside of this window will not be processed. Please kindly note customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

We accept exchanges on all items. If you wish to exchange any item(s) for a different size or style, we kindly ask this is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order too.

Please email info@pearlmaiswim.com if you would like to process a return or exchange. Please do not return item(s) to us without email confirmation.

All sale or discounted item(s) including Black Friday purchases are final sale, eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Please kindly note shipping fees are non-refundable. PEARL MAI LTD is not responsible for any customs and duties fees for shipments upon return. Returns that arrive with duties and fees outstanding will not be processed until resolved by the customer.
